Returns & Complaints — INORÉ
The INORÉ web shop operates under LUNA, trade business, owned by Alan Špalj, Palinovečka ulica 36, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
The merchant is not registered in the VAT system; VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating any reason, within 14 days from the day the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the merchant of their decision to terminate the contract by sending a clear statement via email to info@inore.co.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be:

unused
-
undamaged
-
in its original packaging
In accordance with Article 86 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.
3. Return Procedure

The merchant provides return instructions

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly requests otherwise
4. Return Costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in cases where an incorrect or defective product was delivered.
5. Damages and Complaints
If a product is delivered damaged or with a defect, the customer must notify the merchant within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage by email to info@inore.co
