Shipping policy

Shipping Policy — INORÉ

These Shipping Policy terms apply to the INORÉ web shop, which operates under LUNA, trade business, owned by Alan Špalj, Palinovečka 36, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

The merchant is not registered in the VAT system; VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act. All shipping prices are expressed in euros (EUR).


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation by email, as well as a shipment notification with a tracking number, where applicable.


Shipping Within Croatia

Shipping within Croatia is carried out via the GLS courier service.

Standard Shipping (card payment):

  • Shipping cost: €4.50

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location, courier service workload, and peak periods (holidays, seasonal demand).


Shipping to the European Union

EU Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping cost: €12.00

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

The customer is responsible for any additional costs (customs duties, taxes, or fees) that may arise in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

No customs duties are charged for shipments within the European Union.


Shipment Tracking

After the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing shipment tracking information.

If tracking details are not immediately available, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier service to activate the tracking data.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.


Damage During Delivery

If visible damage to the package is noticed upon delivery, the customer must immediately report the damage to the courier service and notify us by email at info@inore.co for further instructions.

The merchant will, in cooperation with the courier service, take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue in favor of the customer.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • increased courier service workload

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • logistical disruptions
