Terms & Conditions — INORÉ

By using the website www.inore.co and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The INORÉ web shop operates under LUNA, trade business, owned by Alan Špalj.

The merchant is not registered in the VAT system; VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR).


2. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of the INORÉ web shop.

The merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Terms & Conditions in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.


3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT.

Available payment methods:

  • card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via the CorvusPay payment system

In the event of an obvious error in the price or product description, the merchant reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


4. Order Process

After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

In the event of product unavailability or technical issues, the merchant may cancel the order and provide a full refund.


5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via GLS courier service.

Delivery times and costs are listed on the “Delivery” page.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information, the package may be redirected to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop.


6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

The conditions and procedure for returns are described in detail in the “Returns & Complaints” document, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the protective packaging has been opened.


7. Complaints

In the event of damage to the product during delivery, the customer must notify the merchant within 48 hours, providing photographic evidence via email to info@inore.co.


8. Personal Data Protection

The merchant processes customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Copyright

All content on the website (texts, photographs, graphics) is the property of LUNA, trade business, and/or the INORÉbrand, and may not be used without prior written consent.


10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact the merchant by email to seek an amicable resolution.

Consumers may also initiate an online dispute resolution procedure via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
